• Meta health coaching session: Service including a Life Path assessment for natural health factors, Reiki energy services, and application of meta health energy practices. 

• The Alignment program includes You will receive text weekly with supportive content for mental health and meta health knowledge for greater progress. Progress outcomes are tracking: energy levels, motivation, developing restorative patterns through clean energy interventions, and restored skills. 
  • Program: Based on 5 levels guided by a packet.
  • Track progress weekly, monthly, yearly
  • Tracking second order change process, gain perspective, increase awareness and critical thinking. Develop insight through reflections and focus strengths. Growing adaptive skills for solution focused thinking. 
  • Life span and Life path milestones topics: Using modern knowledge and growing science of environmental conditioning.
  • We will also consider how the influence of neuro diversity effects mind-body health, and opportunities for nervous system healing. 
  • Clean energy as medicine: Recognizing energetic influence.
