The NICE Club: The typical week flow is weekly content on Tuesdays, with prep for week and occasional lifestyle reflections. Our goal is to give you tools that support a review of your 5 major life categories in a year with support for lifestyle development.

Each level we will track and review topics listed in your profile. Also with each new level the questions your profile will update and present new topics. As we  begin the realignment plan. We will discuss the changing thought narrative of your life and some reality awareness methods. We will review your information and decide which lifestyle suggestions could be best for you. We look at methods of care and knowledge for lifestyle, life skills and life path growth. In this case the methods are the medicine in the form of thoughts. There are many forms of thought, and they are unique and customizable. This is so that looking at yourself in a new way can turn into a process of letting ourselves be able to think differently so that we can see our other choices of thought. You may start to notice that your mental energy is more available when you begin to open yourself up to trying something new. As you have new thoughts, new connections are formed in your brain. The more you use them the more available they become. True change is biological as well. Your body is likely to have physical changes during this process. The best way to manage this is to be open to healing the body through natural rhythms and the new options in mind and body healing like brain stimulation methods or trauma counseling methods. This information enhances the connections to the knowledge about what elements of healing methods induce natural muscle relaxation over time. This important process allows for a review of these from an average everyday perspective to that of a life path journey. 

When we make a mistake, we can resume a growth mind set by allowing ourselves to recognize the additional information and form new ideas. When you make a mistake, it is good advice to shine forward and try not act out of disappointment at least until you can reach privacy. This is so that you take the time you need to reflect and do not overreact causing loss to any valuable relationships. You are often not alone in your emotional and thought process, it is likely that another person in the world has had your same thoughts or same experience. It is likely that others have felt similar feelings while enduring that same life event. This type of connection is emotionally driven and adds to the concept of emotional weight or feeling light. This compounding idea can look like the outcome of our emotional choices. This can feel relieving or imprisoning, but we can only “care” for ourselves so far and then we are likely to need others for support. Research shows that having support during a life event increases your odds of healthy closure or positive outcomes because it helps to secure the future. By learning from an experience and finding ways to create relief around it for your mental, emotional, or physical need is how you change the momentum in life. I explain to clients that this is a 30 second space where your whole life can live if you act faster than you think. That space sometimes can look reactionary due to nervous system damage over time, habits of being reactionary or non-reactionary and is a component of impulsiveness. You can better understand how that small amount of time accounts for a large portion of your life fulfillment. If you are navigating a difficult decision today, be sure to consider how you can fall forward even if you are unsure of how the changes or communication will affect your life path. Re-visiting communication attempts have the ability to increase tension due to their assertive nature. Many couples turn to counseling when facing such an emotional space. Turn all thoughts towards your forward moving goals. Speaking to a counselor is one the best options when navigating topics of change. Choosing the right kind of counselor is the next step towards solutions.
